This week was PBIS’s Extra Degree of Effort Week at Madison High School. Our PBIS model is STREAK: Safety, Teamwork, Responsibility, Effort, And Kindness, and this event week is focused on the “E,” Effort.
PBIS is aimed to make MHS a better place for all students, and Extra Degree of Effort Week is about celebrating students who show Effort that goes beyond expectations. Each day of the week, students will have a lesson or goal to improve their Effort by even one degree to make a difference. The week was full of learning history, solving puzzles, showing school spirit, and more.
Madison Local Schools is proud to put our Effort into teaching students how one small gesture can make the biggest difference.
