You must send in the first payment for us to hold your seat. Returned forms without the $45 deposit will not reserve your child's seat on the trip.
Forms: Emerency Medical Authorization and Consent forms will be distributed to students attending the trip during the first week of April. Although an EMA was completed at the beginning of the school year, we ask for an updated one in the event insurance, doctors, phone numbers, etc. have changed.
Chapperones: Staff and R&E Tour Guides will be chapperoning the trip. We are not able to have parent chapperones.
Behavior: This trip is a privilege for the students of Madison Middle School. Students who participate must demonstrate the ability to listen, follow directions, and use self-discipline throughout the school year. The principals retain discretion on last minute offenses. Keeping this in mind, we urge every parent to encourage good behavior and allow their child to participate.
Non-Attending Students: Any student who does not attend the field trip is expected to attend school. This is a regularly scheduled school day and those teachers not attending will design a day of learning activities for students.
Additional Info: More detailed information will come out in early April that will include attraction information, what students can and cannot bring with them, and bus groups.
