The Benefits of Physical Activity
Upon completion the student can:
Define physical fitness and explain the difference between physical activity and exercise
Identify the benefits of physical activity
Discuss how to increase their levels of fitness.
60 minutes of activity/exercise is recommended each day
Develop a plan to increase your activity/exercise level
Take a look at what you currently are doing and create a plan to successfully reach your goal of 60 minutes a day.
